My digimon fanfic will be some kind of Cross-over of both the game games, the anime and the real world. The story begins with a group of 6 people (and later on 9 people) who formed a clan in the game ''Digimon World Online'' They somehow get absorbed into the game and meet their (In-game) partners. While at first, everything seems to be a game. the story picks up quite quickly. The first villain starts making his move at episode 7) Not that their hometown have some sort of importance, as a good part of the series takes place in the real world! Also, since this fanfic is also based on a fictional MMORPG (and most MMOs does not allow players under 13 of age) the characters will be a lot older than in general, with the youngest being at 13.
So here is an introduction of the 9 main Characters
Chanook
Age: 21
Hometown: Quebec City (Canada)
Digimon Partner: Budmon > Lalamon > Sunflowmon > Lilamon
Chanook is among the oldest member of the Neos, though he wasn't the one who created the Clan (His cousin Gloria did) Out of the multiple possible digimon Partner, he picked Budmon, since he pretty much like every Vegetation digimons.
Francois
Age: 13
Hometown: Bordeaux (France)
Digimon Partner: DemiVeemon > Veemon > Veedramon > AeroVeedramon
Francois is your all-around 13 year old guy. His parent bough him ''Digimon World Online'' shortly before the Clan's creation. He chose DemiVeemon because he always loved Veemon in the anime.
Gloria
Age: 15
Hometown: Vancouver (Canada)
Digimon partner: Sunmon > Coronamon > Firamon > Flaremon
Gloria is the founder of the Neos. She has loved the anime since the very begining! She created the Neos to be able to keep contact with his cousin but also to cheer up her twin brother, who was victim in the same terrible car accident that killed their father. Despite her loss, she remained a very cheerful girl.
Troy
Age: 15
Hometown: Vancouver (Canada)
Digimon Partner: Moonmon > Lunamon > Lekismon > Crescemon
Troy is probably the total opposite of her twin sister Gloria. On top of losing his father in a the same car accident he was involved in, he also lost an arm and a leg (literally). Since then he barely, if ever show sings of happiness, except when he talks to his cousin Chanook. That's the main reason he started playing Digimon World Online, however, it must be said that Gloria DID kind of drag him in.
Nodoka
Age: 16
Hometown: Hiroshima (Japan)
Digimon Partner: Dorimon > Dorumon > Dorugamon > DoruGreymon
Nodoka Is a very shy gilr. She barely ever talk to people, except those talking about Digimon. She met Troy and Gloria a year before the begining of the story trhough Student Exchange program. Although she won't amit (of manifest it) she developed a crush on Troy the moment they met. They never lost contact, and decided to join the Neos when Gloria created the clan.
Vladimir
Age: 20
Hometown: Moscow (Russia)
Digimon Partner: Wanyamon > Gaomon > Gaogamon > MachGaogamon
Vladimir is the ''oddball'' of the clan. He asked to join the Neos when he saw the group, yet he doesn't show much enthusiasm toward the team, or Digimon in general... why is that is pretty much unknown. He is, however, eager to help the team whenever someone is in trouble.
The above 6 characters are the ''original six'' of the Neos. However three other joins their team later on. Here they are!
Lyra
Age: 14
Hometown: Toronto (Canada)
Digimon Partner:

Joins at: Episode 20
Lyra was actually among the villains at first, but something made her change her ways. Unlike the rest of the crew, she has little backstory, beside her days of evil.
Alphonso
Age: 18
Hometown: Madrid (Spain)
Digimon Partner(s?): Tentomon > Kabuterimon > MegaKabuterimon
and... (that too, would be a spoiler)
Joins at: Episode 24
Pretty much everything about Alphonso is a massive spoiler. His part of his backstory is revealed before he is properly introduced though...
Maria
Age: 19
Hometown: Moscow (Russia)
Digimon Partner:? (Spoiler alert!)
Joins at: Episode 28
For unknown reason, when the Neos first encounter Maria's digimon (they meet her digimon before they even meet Maria), he refer Lyra as a guy. More of her will be known as the adventure goes on.
So you have the whole Neos clan now. Now I'm going to talk about soome of the more ''important'' minor characters.
Chantale
Age: 41
Hometown: Toronto (Canada)
First appearance: Episode 15
Chantale is Chanook's mother. She discovered almost everything about digimon during an attack at a familly reunion. Afterward, she helps the Neos by hiding the truth to her sister (Gloria and Troy's mother)
Daemon
Daemon is the one who gives the digivice to the Neos. He seems like a very nice digimon, despite being a Demon digimon. But is he truly an ally?
And now, I'm going to tell you about some of the main Antagonists of the game.
Peckmon
First Appearance: Episode 3
Peckmon is the first boss of Digimon World online. He can be very hard to defeat thanks to his great speed, but was defeated by Lekismon
The Omega Army
The Omega arby is a group of Digimon (and possibly sided with humans) led by the powerful RiseGreymon. The two most important characters in the Omega Army are Frigimon and WarGrowlmon... More will be said about them as the adventure goes on.
MetalGarurumon
First appearance: 29
The most powerfull ''minor'' antagonists of the whole series. Telling more than his first episode of appearance would pretty much be too much spoilers!
The digivolution system is slightly different in this series. As when digivolving to Ultimate, the soul of The human and his Digimon partner becomes in sync. Staying in ultimate form for too long is very tiring for the human partner's soul, and could, in the long run, result in the human's soul shattering.
