The group had separated. Eveyone got back home safely, and were able to bring their digimon partner with them. Francois finished his homewrok, Nodoka had some free time so she visited family, Vladimir was simply going to his workplace. Chanook, Gloria and Troy (who was still in shock of what happened) were preparingto go to Edmonton. Chanook had to join his parents, who lives in Toronto, to take a train there. He took the bus to Montreal, then a train to Toronto.
-Lalamon: Is Edmonton a nice place?
-Chanook: Honnestly, I don't know. I've never been there.
-Lalamon: I see. And what about RiseGreymon? He probably reached the point where we met. And since time goes a lot faster in the digital worls, It's only a matter of hours before he finds a way to go to the real world!
-Chanook: Oh yeah. I Forgot about how the time flows in the Digital world.
-Lalamon: Bah, Don't worry. I'm sure we'll manage to defeat him somehow. There are, after all, 4 of us who can digivolve to Ultimate level!

-Chanook's dad: I couldn't afford cabins, so we'll have to deal with normal seats for 2 days.

The train left. Nothing special happened in the first few hours of the trip. In the middle of the night...
-Lalamon: Chanook. Aren't you sleeping?
-Chanook: No I can't sleep when I'm on a train. I'm so exited.

The train suddenly started to shake.

Suddenly, the train stopped. Every lights, even the emergency lights suddenly turned off. Fortunately, it didn't cause any panic, thanks to the fact that everyone was asleep.

-Train crew 2: I dunno. All the train's energy just got drained.
-Train crew 1: Drained? But how?
-Train Crew 2: I don't know. The engineer's lookin at the energy system right now.
-Chanook: Lalamon, do you think that...
-Lalamon: Yes, this definitely looks like a digimon. Is RiseGreymon already in the real world?
-Chanook: If that's the case, then we're in trouble. Look, the lights are off. Let's sneak out of the train, and look for ourselves.

Chanook sneaked out. ANd saw a really small orb of light floating midair.

-RiseGreymon: Hmmm.... Well, you didn't tell them my plans. I guess I could forgive you... by giving you a painless death instead! TRIDENT REVOLVER!
