That battle was interesting, I didn't quite get what was going on all the time, but it did allow me to have a look at some of the techniques I definately should get.
The rules that are defined for that tournament, are they the standard rules used online too?

No. ZephyrantisKai made the tournament, and he also made those rules to make the tournament more balanced. |

I see. Well hopefully, I can get started on the game ASAP. The more I look at Dusk, the more I feel like ditching Dawn since you can match for the Digimon you want anyways.

I've played Digimon World 1, 2 (finished it about a gazillion times), 3 and Digital Card Battle. As far as the anime goes, I never got passed Digimon Adventure 01 unfortunaly.

Digimon World 2 is my favorite, just like you in Digimon World 1, I've got 1000+ hours of gameplay on it and I know a lot about it.
